Lodging Repair Requests
There are two ways in which tenants can lodge repair requests with their Property Manager.
1. Lodge the repair request via Property Me (preferred option)
2. Lodge the repair request vie phonecall with their Property Manager
When lodging the repair request it is important that the following information is confirmed so the repair can be allocated appropriately:
- Address
- Date request lodged
- Brief scope of work
- Urgent or Non Urgent
Following an analysis of the scope of works required, the Property Manager allocates the repair to the register.
